The image depicts a Boston terrier confused about the smells coming from his dog body with the text " who farted ?" surrounding him. The drawing was completed with a pointillism style for the main subject with a watercolor shadow placed carefully. 

This beautiful image was created on a used opaque drum head, where the artist drew in a stipple style on the top layer of it. This was then photographed and turned into the image that you see before you.
